Correction Policy
The journal is committed to maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and transparency of the scholarly record. Occasionally, after publication, errors or omissions may be identified that require correction. Corrections are issued to ensure that readers receive accurate and reliable information, while preserving the original intent and scientific contribution of the work.
If an error is discovered by authors, readers, or editors, it should be reported immediately to the editorial office. The editorial team will assess the significance of the error and determine whether a correction, erratum, corrigendum, or retraction is warranted. Minor errors that do not affect the interpretation of the data or the overall conclusions of the article may be corrected directly within the online version. However, substantive errors that influence results, methodology, or conclusions will be formally documented through a published correction notice.
Corrections are published in the earliest possible issue of the journal and are linked to the original article. Each correction notice clearly identifies the original article, specifies the nature of the error, and provides the corrected information. The corrected version of the article will also indicate that changes have been made, ensuring transparency for all readers.
In cases where the error is introduced during the editorial or production process, the journal will take full responsibility for issuing an erratum. When the error originates from the author(s), a corrigendum will be published. If serious ethical issues or fundamental flaws in the research are identified, the journal may consider publishing an expression of concern or retracting the article in accordance with the COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines.
Authors are expected to cooperate fully with the editorial office during the correction process. The journal aims to handle all corrections promptly and professionally, upholding the highest standards of academic publishing integrity.
